normally i have no problem here, drinks are good and baristas are nice. today on the other hand, i ended up dropping my phone at the window. i attempted to get out to get it but my door was stuck, so i went to back up and the barista watched me run over my phone and nonchalantly said “uhh you ran over your phone”.. evidently i started freaking out, trying to not make more damage but i couldn’t see my phone so i needed her to communicate where to go and she wouldn’t. she was looking at me like i was crazy and just worried about the line behind us. i was asking for help getting people to reverse behind me, i asked her to get somebody to retrieve my phone for me since i couldn’t get out and she just stared at me. no help, rude and nonchalant. Finally somebody behind us in line helped me grab my phone, the barista just asked for the money and gave me my coffee. no apology, no empathy, nothing. the manager was nice when i spoke to her about the situation but man.. to that barista i hope you learn what empathy is. you never know the kind of day somebody is having, be kinder.
Lady was super pleasant who took my order in the drive through but for real?!? 😂 why did y’all have to burn my croissant? Just pop a new one in. Like chewing on a brick 🧱
The food and drinks are good and the staff is nice, but there was a fly in my drink. I find that extremely disgusting and not to mention I’ve gotten moldy strawberries in my pink drink once before. All I’m saying is to please make sure you’re not putting nasty things in peoples drink.
